REFUND POLICY
Our policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, it must also be in the original packaging.
Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, intimate personal items (girdles). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of SALE items.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping costs to return your item are at your own expense. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped you will receive your tracking number.
Domestic shipping rates and estimates
For calculated shipping rates: the shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Your shipment will be delivered in 3 to 5 business days.
If your package is lost or stolen, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier. Notify us to find a solution.
